This is general, non-clinical information you volunteer so we can respond to you and plan coaching. Please do not send detailed medical records through the website.

When you use the website, our hosting and website tools may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and date/time of visits. We use cookies and similar browser storage (such as local storage) to keep the site working, remember preferences such as language, keep signed-in staff sessions secure, and understand general site usage.

BPFit is a personal training and fitness coaching business. We do not operate an electronic medical record or health-record system on this website. Information you voluntarily share about your fitness, limitations or pain is used only for coaching, scheduling and customer-service purposes and is not a substitute for medical care. BPFit is not a health care provider for purposes of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and this website is not represented as HIPAA-compliant. If a specific relationship ever makes HIPAA or other health-privacy laws apply, we will address that separately in writing.

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
